Frequently asked questions:

Q) "My new insurance card has not arrived what should I do?"

A) Continue to use your current health insurance card until the new one arrives.  Two to three months is the typical amount of time it takes for your new cards to arrive.

Q) "I have changed my phone number and I may have a new address in the near future.  Who should I contact about this?"

A) Whenever your phone number or address changes make sure you contact

Q) "I am interested in attending the monthly retiree meetings at the union hall.  When are the meetings?"

A) The retiree union meetings are typically held on the 3rd Monday of every month at 10:00 a.m..  Each days activities consist of lunch, bingo and a meeting.  Spouses are welcome.

Q) "I want to update my life insurance and benefit forms.  Who do I contact to do this?"

A) You should contact the National Benefit Center if you are a Delphi retiree at: 1-866-335-7444

You should contact GM Fidelity Retiree Center if you are a GM retiree at : 1-800-489-4646

Q) "What age do I have to be to withdraw money from my Personal Savings Plan (PSP) without a penalty?"

A) You can withdraw from your Personal Savings Plan (PSP) anytime after age fifty nine and a half (59 1/2) without paying a penalty.

Q) "I never know who to contact about all these different things.  Who handles what and how can I contact them?"
