NOTICE:

Sinclair Community College is providing scholarships for displaced industrial workers.

Those who are taking "buyouts" are eligible!

The Sinclair Community College Board of Trustees established this scholarship fund to provide special training scholarships for Dayton area workers who might be involved in plant closings, forced manufacturing layoffs and buyouts.

Maximum award amount is $600 per quarter based on full time enrollment for up to two quarters.

-Available to full or part time students

-Award will be adjusted for less then full time enrollment

-Award may be used for tuition, fees, and/or books

Attention:

Members planning to retire MUST contact a benefit representative ninety (90) days before their planned retirement date to insure the proper paperwork is processed at the Delphi National Benefit Center (DNBC).

Failure to do so will delay receipt of you retirement check.  (Example: If you plan to retire on January 1, 2007, your retirement paperwork MUST be submitted in October, 2006.)
